I have a Bosch VAC005 dust hose and I’m looking for an adapter to connect it to my TS 55 track saw. Anybody know of one?

Others may have better ideas but your hose looks similar to one I have sold by cen-tec and if I recall correctly some Bosch products do use their hoses. Cen-tec sells all their adapters individually as well as kits for the 1.25" hoses on their website.

[member=80962]Jaytool[/member]  instead kludging an adapter together, just replace the tool end on the Bosch hose with a Festool 36mm tool end. The Bosch hose is 35 mm it will fit fine.  There are threads here on how to replace the hose ends. But fairly straight forward.

The tool end will then fit over the tool dust port.

This is the adapter:

When I bought my track saw, I bought a Bosch hose to connect with my central dust collection system.  The hose hooked directly to the saw.  The other end hooked via a step up connector to the 4” hose.

But no connector for hook-up to the saw.

This is the hose:  BOSCH 16.4 Foot Vacuum Hose, 35mm VAC005

Purchased in 2018 for about $35.00 from Amazon.com.  Now, $50.29.  I don’t remember where I got the step down adapter though.

What I would like to do is replace the saw fitting because I use this hose on other tools.

I use this hose and it fits inside TS saw dust port as is. If you have a newer TS saw with bayonet type port, you may file it smooth (get rid of protrusions) inside and out in order for the hose to fit. That's what I've done on my TS55.

I was unable to find an older, smooth replacement port. Even if you see correct picture on the product page they will send you new, bayonet type. Old ones are out of stock by now.

This is the old one, impossible to find now:
