BS 75E Belt Sander

Hi just wondering if anyone is having trouble with their belt sanders. I have sent mine back to Tool Technics in Victoria 3 times in the last month or so for the same problem it kept stripping drive belts. I have had to borrow another sander each time it goes back and it has been very poor service from this company. Now that I have got it back again it won't hold the sanding belt on and the belts keep coming of. I don't know what to do, give it to them again and hope they can fix it for the 4th time . It cost me nearly $300 to fix it and I have not been able to use it for a month or so, I am beginning to think I should have binned it and bought a new one. [mad]

I have the same model. I haven't had any problems with it so far. I'm going to take a stab and guess mine doesn't see nearly the run time yours does, but having said that, I have had occasion to work full days with it running continuously and only went through a couple of sand not drive belts (and they were off brand cheap ones at that)

Sounds like something is out of alignment for sure.
