Anyone own the smaller belt sander and a Midi systainer?
Does the BS fit?
Thanks

yes it will fit in a sys3 midi(just),the sanding frame will also fit at an angle and the other accessories will pack around them.

Just got that tool  [big grin]

It has some serious power and I am very impressed  [unsure]  Mine is the AEG that is 110 here for us.

Imported the sanding frame, the plug-it adaptor, hose adaptor and the brackets that stand it up side down.  Oh yeah, and the dust bag for use off the CT  [tongue]

Not so sweet on the Midi boxes - what else you guys put in em?

Cheers, Sam

My AEG kit stays in a Maxi Systainer but that might change since it never goes out of the shop. Might as well be in a drawer or cabinet.

I used to think the Maxi (have two Maxi) would make a good foundation for two stacks of Systainers on a dolly but I still haven't made the custom dolly.

It's good to know the 75 belt sanding kit fits in a Sys Midi. As odd as the form is, the Midi should be more convenient to transport than the Maxi.

up to now I just kept mine in the original maxi,i did not occur to me to try a midi,i just tried it to answer the op's question, now having seen it I think it is the best way to go,a foam insert in the base for a start and perhaps something to stop the sanding frame rattling around, food for thought...
