Does anyone have a recommended product to us for application through buffing with a Festool sander? All the different pads make my head hurt. I have an ETS EC 150.

Oiling usually means you want to use the Vlies Pads from Festool, they offer them for their Oiling system, Surfix.  Green and White pads, different grits between the 2 colors.
You're burnishing the wood surface with the pads and the oil, wiping the surface, letting it dry, and doing it some more after that depending on what level sheen and surface you're looking for.

You can also do something similar with Platin 2, but I prefer the Vlies pads/discs for an Oil Finish.

For buffing and blending Rubio on a countertop  I used the sheep skin on the Rotex 150. Worked great.

I used a white Buff and Shine polishing pad on my Rotex 125 to apply Odies Oil and used a cotton terry pad to buff it off an hour later. Worked great.
