Needs low-emission headlights as night lights and a "meep-meep" horn for when the kid needs a drink of water in the middle of the night.  It's a bit too early for a bumper sticker that says, "When this van is rockin', don't bother knockin'."

Joiner1970 ..that cladding is my shed it's not as posh as it looks it's only roofing batterns and some left over s/s skirting

Sigh, takes me back to my first car that I bought in the middle 80's.  a White 1968 VW Camper.  Hot in the summer, freezing in the Winter, moved into other lanes from high winds on the road all by itself.  [eek]
  Very nice work, that child had better love it.
Otherwise, threaten to sell it on the Samba.com website where all the crazy VW people hang out..... [wink]

It was more the shiny metal doors that caught my eye , posh for a workshop lol
