Business expense app for iPad needed

Looking for an app, for my iPad, to keep track of all woodworking expenses. I have three different accounts set up for woodworking activity : checking, paypal, and credit card.  I need an app to keep track of all three simultaneously.  I have been using a personal finance (free app), but it has too many limitations.  Any guidance is much appreciated.

Probably the best way is to use Numbers for iPad. You'll have to set up the spreadsheets, but it's not very complicated and you'll be able to modify as needed later.

Lots of shortcuts, and if you google online, you may find existing templates for the program that will meet your needs, or that can be modified to do so.

You might also check out Mint - it will connect to your bank, credit card, loans and investment accounts.  www.mint.com or download from the app store for your phone or tablet.

You can categorize expenses and filter them - plus you can access from phone, tablet or computer.  And you can set budgets versus actual spending by month if you like.

Once you start using Mint and begin categorization, it remembers - so it recognizes the payee and assigns the category.

Numbers is still a good choice but might be less 'automatic'

I have Square on my iPhone, it allows cash sales also. You can set up sales and items on it, might be worth a look.

It's a free app they do charge a fee when you accept a credit card.

If you get Numbers for your iDevice it will change shortly. They crippled it for iDevices, many (including me) were not happy. If you have the iPad Air, mini Retna or the iPhone 5 Numbers (and all of iWorks should be a free down load).
