Sorry you are having these issues; had mine since 2020ish, and haven't had any issues.
only time i had a capacity issue was some 4x4 fence posts; but that's not something i deal with on the normal at all; I use it for cabinet door rails and stiles, trimwork (mdf) in the house, etc. I rarely exceed 3/4" - 1" material. That might be why I haven't had any issues? Also the occasional 2x6, but it's pin and cuts easily.
As far as dust collection, it destroys my old Dewalt Miter saw, it's not even close; My Dewalt though would take the 4X4 fence post no problem.
If I were doing mostly construction related tasks, i'd probably have gotten something else that bigger, like the Makita/Dewalt/Milwaukee offerings. I'm not doing that though, and it's mostly for furniture and trim work for me, and it has been fantastic for that.
