Are any of my fellow FOG members attending this class?

I will be driving from Toronto to Indianapolis tomorrow.  I am not looking forward with favour to the drive there and back nor to the border crossings, but I am looking forward with favour to the class.

Frank,

Even with my limited knowledge of US geography, that's quite a drive [eek]

Still, it could be worse, you could be driving to the Henderson facility...

[scared]

I will be attending. I just went to the advanced router class last week, which was very good.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone at the cabinet class.

Grrat Jeff, that's at least two FOG members!  I wonder if there are any more.

Would believe, it's exactly 900 kilometres from my house to the Fairfield Inn - which is the favoured place for Festool visitors.  The drive was easy except for a bit of snow just west of Toronto.  Here in Indianapolis it is sunny and 16.

And the lineup at the border was short (only 2 cars in front of me).

So, things are off to a great start.  [smile]

Look forward to finally meeting you in person tomorrow, Frank. Glad that your drive was tolerable. And, 16 C is about 60 F for those in the US.  [wink]

Frank and everyone else,

Have fun learning and interacting over the next few days!  Make sure you put a pin in the map!

Peter

I went to class last year  and it was a great time!  I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself, learn a lot and add to your wish list.  [scared]

It was an 850 mile drive from Western Kansas to the Fairfield Inn.

I sure hope Steve and Brian are able to Imperialize Frank while he is here!

Hey, I understand Imperial perfectly.  I even know what silly measurements like chains and furlongs mean.  It's because I understand it so well, that I can pick out the Imperial system's many flaws.  [poke]

I'm having an even better time on the course than I thought I would, and my expectations were high.  [thumbs up]

It's all over now.  I met some great people and learned a lot.

Frank,
Thanks for those.  [big grin] [big grin]
Zane - Great smile!

Frank, I would love to hear in the coming days, weeks, months, how this class has had an effect in how you approach and think about a project.

Ok?

Frank,

Thanks so much for sharing the marvelous photos.

The question is, who took the group photo? Of course I recognize you and Brian "The Sedge" Sedgeley. Perhaps in time the others will come forward to identify themselves.

We all hope your drive home is as nice as the drive to Lebanon.

I too am very anxious to hear how the class went. I just attended the D&D class there and hope to attend the next cabinet class.

Oh, yes. Brian mentioned in passing something about a FU hat for attendies that had been to all the classes!

I hope when everyone gets home and settled we can see more pictures.

Gary

Frank, the caption on the second photo needs to be changed. "Me at work."

Who are you trying to kid?  [poke]

Great photos Frank!  Wish I could have had the time to go as well.  I'll be all ears next time we have a chance to chat.

Surprised how narrow Brian class room is. From other photos I though is was bigger. But I still like the wall of Systainers. Thanks for the photos.

The Vegas classroom is quite a bit bigger than the classroom in Indy. You can have 4 workstation comfortably setup in Vegas, in Indy you are limited to about 3 stations...
