Hey Everyone,
After I installed a new set of "message icons" (click here) I have received a number of e-mails from members who want to see these objects used as "smileys." It seems like a good idea. Smileys, those animated faces you see when writing a post, are universal objects in forums. They add fun to posts.
The Festool Owners Group strives to be original, so we should go beyond generic smileys!
OK, I am not good at designing animated GIFs, so I'm opening this up to others. Who out there knows how to convert the Festool-related icons into animated GIFs?
Some points:
Post your GIFs in this discussion so everyone can see what you've come up with. We can decide as a group which ones to include in the set.
For those of us who are not good at designing animated GIFs (that includes me), we can contribute with concepts.
Let's see what our creative members come up with!
Below are the icons you can use as a base (or you can come up with your own):

Some points:
- The animated GIFs need to be 15x15 pixels
- Be creative and come up with something amusing
- Hopefully, we'll have enough ideas to create a new "smiley set." The set could be a combination of icons developed by various members.
