Can the kapex cut a 4x4?

Sorry easy question here. Can the kapex miter saw cut 4x4 posts?

At the 15:40 mark of this video, you can see him cut a 4x6.

I’d go at it gently and not force the cut. I would lift the blade a couple of times to let the blade cool off and get rid of debris. But, I tend to be cautious.

There's very few Miter saws, either sliding or fixed, that lack this basic dimensional capability.  In fact most will be capable of double-cutting to around 5" or even 6" cumulative depth.
