Cannot access Festool spare parts catalog

My computer is not letting me access the Festool USA website spare parts catalog. I get a message about an Internet Explorer problem. Any ideas?

You might want to make sure that you have Java enabled under your IE preferences.

Yup, probably a Java problem.

Wouldn't hurt either to install a better browser like Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome.

I always use Firefox when I run in to problems with IE. A quick and easy way to pin down where the problem lies.

I never have a problem with it on Chrome FYI.  Multiple computers, PC's 'n Macs, no issues.

When I had a problem with the parts diagrams last month I went to the German site and everything was ok

For some reason, the spare parts catalog seems to be having a problem with being embedded into our web page. I've changed it back to a simple link that opens full screen in the browser.

This is much better. I have Safari, Firefox & Chrome on my Mac and I could only get it to work on Firefox after hitting "allow" every time I click on something in the window.
