Sweet!  Thanks for the business Luis.  We've already taken quite a few orders today.  Get in line now gents.

I'm going to paitently wait for the cordless carvex too.

I was so set on getting the corded carvex but all of these install jobs I have been on got me thinking how handy the cordless version would be. I already own a trion so if I need continuos power ill use that. But lately I've been needing the jig saw to trim something over here scribe something over there and dragging the cord sucks. Also having a cordless tool to rough cut some trim at the trim pile would be really handy...

I've waited this long so I can try and wait longer, now hurry up and release the cordless carvex  [tongue]

Dave

It's ironic that Tool Nut sends me information on the new Carvex this evening and I go to You Tube video [smile]'s and see Eric playing with a Triion and cutting circles in scrap.

The cordless CARVEX is awesome. It's ironic that it's probably no different to the one I've got in Oz, whereas you're 110V corded variants are market specific ! The power of the cordless CARVEX is impressive.

The funny thing is.....I watched the video's on Youtube that Festool USA posted and for a quick minute, I thought I needed the new Carvex.

The Carvex looks tempting......

You do NEED it ... you won't really be complete until you have one [wink]

I just visited a dealer in Garching by Munich and the Carvex takes the curves like a F1 racing car. Very clean cuts.
Get in line folks because there will be a run.

Cheers
Luis

After seeing the reviews and You Tube Videos on the Carvex i just couldn't resist.... I went out and bought the Cordless version and I'm so impressed with it.  Does everything i've seen people do.
My only regret was not knowing about it and not doing it sooner.

Awesome, thank you for your business Mo.  Surely will get those puppies on the road to you on the 1st.

Hey guys just to give you a inside I have been using mine now nearly a year. (Here in Ireland)  this is hands down a great jigsaw I had the old ps also and was not mad about that but this one it's great the way the basses can change is thumbs up.. Why dose it take so long for you guys in the states to get all the new tools??? There has been loads of new releases  like the ts55r the carvex the new efl65q..

Interesting how the USA pre release hype sell product in other countries.

As much as I would like to order from Sean or Bob, I just can't wait. I will be at woodcraft to take mine home ON the first.
Festool should let you guys ship early so buyers can actually receive the jigsaw on the first instead of waiting for shipping.
