Carvex Jigsaw owners: can your jigsaw be twisted like this?

Thanks everyone for the input. I have returned the Festool jigsaw and decided to keep my Bosch 570.

Did you give a second Carvex a try? This is not a normal condition so a replacement should have solved the problem. Now if you still didn't care for the tool after checking out a replacement that is your choice of course. Please don't go away thinking the quality of all Festool tools is represented by your experience with this one tool.
