Went into local Highlands Festool distributor last night after work for some brad point drills, they didn't have any [sad] but they did have some Festools on various offers.
They had a Carvex 15v Li body in systainer at only £99, with usual warranty. So I took the plunge [eek] no battery or charger but everything else in case.
After all the problems posted on here, I was expecting it to be rubbish, so I tried it out and was surprised that it cuts very well with the supplied blades. I did notice the guides are different from the Trion 300 I have and wonder, do they wear out ? (the Carvex not the Trion).
