carvex psc 420 problem

Hi everyone,
i have a problem with a carvex psc 420 ,it is 4/5 years old...
it stops after 30 seconds in the blank or during cutting
does anyone have any idea what might be?

Have you tried different batteries?

yes...even 5.2 new battery

it only stop...does not make te sound like it make when the battery is empty...and after 10-20 min i can start it again for about 20 sec ...untill nowi didn't have a issue with it

Sounds like an overheat protection kicks in.

As it's out of warranty you could decide to take a peek inside and remove any dust or whatnot that might clog the air path through the motor (leading to quick heat buildup as the cooling fan can't do its work).
