Hello all,

I am visiting with my elderly grandmother, helping with some handyman tasks around her house.  I need to refinish her front door and make some repairs on the garage door.

Unfortunately I forgot to pack a Plug-It cable for my RO90!

I'm in Oak Brook for a week, then have to run back to the east coast to go back to school.  I would sincerely appreciate it if anyone could let me borrow an extra Plug-It cable for a few days.  I would really rather not have to buy one just to finish up these few tasks.  You can send me a message or reply to this thread.  I have a car and will come out to meet you.

Thank you in advance!

Vinny

I've got you covered. I'm in Wheaton, so I'm close.  Pm me with your contact info and we can hook up tomorrow.

Peter, couldn't agree more.  More of a community, willing to help others than talking about similar interests!

What zip code or neighborhood?

I'm from the southwest side near Ford City (Chicago Lawn). Moved out here 26 years ago.

Thank you everyone for all of the offers, and most especially Mr. Dan Rush!

It was great meeting you and I sincerely appreciate your generosity.  It was interesting trying to explain to my grandmother that I didn't actually know you, but reassured her that there are "good guys" out there in internet land.

Initially, I was a little bummed about coming here to fix up her place before she passes away, but this, on top of all the old stories I get to hear have made me grateful for the opportunity.

Definitely bigger than woodworking.  Thanks again.

. Glad it worked out for you.  That door looks heavy, and nice with the finish.
What did you end up doing to it?
