Hey all! Just received this D50 aluminum tube and wondering what the plastic clip is for? Anyone know?

Festool's head was suction powered. However so many of the various Festool extractor parts and accessories were made my other companies and "relabelled" that I would believe that @Scott in Bend Oregon is on target. Honestly I would love to find aan electric head that would work with the Festool tubes. Anyone?

Hear, hear!!! The air-powered head is grossly inadequate for pulling dog hair out of carpet.

We got given a Shark Pet Pro upright to review not long back (replacing the wife's Midi) and it absolutely blew us away how well it worked, and the scary amount of dust and fur it sucked out of the carpets that we previously thought were spotless!

For dog owners it's orders of magnitude better than the CT's!

Isn't there a hole underneath? So you can release the vacuum when it eats your curtains?

I can't find it in EKAT anymore. I think it's been discontinued for a while.

Amazon very helpfully suggests me a 60 cm "Wall Shower Head Arm Extension Tube" instead... I hate that AI garbage.

You have to try it at the peak of solar panel production. At 250 volts the vacs go harder than at 220 volts.

I vacuumed in the dark yesterday instead of during daytime and the household Miele definitely didn't seem to perform as good.

I tried to vacuum in the dark with a vacuum that had no light on it. I was impressed that I couldn't see dog fur anymore. But somehow it magically reappeared once it got light out.

From Festool USA customer service "Thank you for contacting FestoolUSA. I believe that was for a cart that never made it to our market. Its been a while but it was a way to hang it I believe."

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
