Hello everyone,
I did a search for CMS information and found a few things, but nothing I found really related to my particular issue.
I posted a youtube video on it so that everyone can see exactly what I'm having issue with:
I align my fence to be flush with the router bit's guide bushing, but I run into an issue with my outfeed fence edge. When I run material through it, it gets caught (catches), right at the edge and doesn't allow the material to run smoothly past. I've tightened all the adjustments for the fence and I've made sure that the adjustment on the infeed fence is set to "0".
The oddity is when the fences are put together and I run a straight edge between them, they appear to be parallel, but when flush with the guide bushing it's the edge of the outfeed that causes the problem.
The youtube video best describes the actual issue.
Thank you for any help anyone can provide!
