CMS-GE Base unit availability in US

Don't mean to still the thread, but I'm not a prime member.  So, I'm hoping someone will help me answer this question.  After visiting the Amazon.co.uk: festool website, there are a couple of Naina items.  Like the BHC, PDC drills as well as the CMS Modules.  Is it true that NA can purchase these NAINA items from the Amazon store and have them shipped to NA?  For instance, I have the T-18 drill and Carvex cordless jigsaw.  The BHC and PDC would just add to my collection.  And the only thing holding me back on the CMS is the lack of available CMS inserts.  If I could get the CMS module for my TS 75 and the router module for the OF2200.  I would be glad to add to my arsenal.

Thank you. It is quite strange that they charge the same amount for null heavy piece as a book or DVD. Amazonics at work!

Does anybody know if this will work with all 3 of Festool router 1010 / 1400 / 2200

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005OUW5MM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

What's that convert to?  Like $800.00 US.  I think that's not the best UK pricing.

Statement from Festool.

Warning: The Festool CMS System is approved for use with only the OF 1400 and OF 1010 routers in the US and Canadian markets.  It is not approved for use with the OF 2200, nor with any of the CMS modules currently available outside the US and Canadian markets (TS, Jigsaw and sanding modules).  Festool USA does not  endorse the use of these components and will not support them with spare  parts or repairs. The use of anything other than the OF 1400 and OF 1010 routers and their related accessories with the CMS will void the warranty agreement on the entire system for customers within the US and Canada. Festool does not endorse the application or use of any Festool product in any way other than in the manner described in the Festool Instruction Manual. To reduce the risk of serious injury and/or damage to your Festool product, always read, understand and follow all warnings and instructions in your Festool product's Instruction Manual.

Not my statement.  And I can't speak for Festool on their policies, so take what it says for what it says.

As Im sure you know , you can get the router module in the states.

I would buy the tooling in the states (router, TS 75 Jig Saw).

The electronics for the the EU and NA are different.

If you buy just the table  the plugs will be different to but adapters are easy enough to find.

We run at 50 Hz and EU runs at 60 Hz (maybe opposite) either way. Though I can run my NA tools over here there is a slight difference in performance. They run at a tad slower RPM.

The EU tools in NA will run at a faster RPM.

If I remember  right (though I may be wrong)  there have been issues with EU tools running at the faster speed.

Someone who is more knowledgable then I am with electronics can better answer this.

Im just making you aware that there is a difference
