The CMS is a great piece of equipment and is very stable on a DIY base. Lots of modules making it very versatile be it Festool or workshop creations. Incredibly modifiable and expandable too, just like the MFTs. A huge £10,000 panel saw would be lovely, but then I think of the workshop space it takes up and the space required to push 8x4s through it. I'm very happy with a 3000 rail with parallel guides, the CMS and my MFT set-up and the results that I can achieve with this. In a small workshop where space is at a premium the Festool method is fantastic.
