It has been three weeks since the CMS has been available to users in North America.  Any projects going on using the CMS?

It would be a shame to think that those CMS units were still sitting in their boxes or were being used as bistro tables- although the sliding table could be useful for passing things from one side of the table to the other  [poke]

I ve had my cms router table for about a year and a half and it has really come in handy here's a few shots of a couple of projects I ve used it in.

This is routing stopped flutes on a door surround, using the mft as a table extension

This really got me out of jam. I needed to rout out a 40mm groove on the underneath of a curved hand and base rail for a stair job. The tightness of the curve mention that I could nt do it on the spindle moulder so the cms was just the job

OOPs!!!!!!!  that's X-actly where mine is sitting.  [unsure]  I made the mistook of picking it up at the start of leaf season.  When the leaves stop coming down, i'll get a chance to assemble the CMS.

Or maybe beginning of coming week if we get hit by the storm that is in the news for last couple of days.  That'll be Monday & Tuesday.

I have used mine to make a few shaker style doors.
The sliding table is really nice to use versus a coping sled in this case:

Here's the cutter I used:

Shavings do exit through the space between the depth adjustable fence and housing.
This was after cutting 40 cope cuts, not bad at all, no dust, just a little escaping shavings.

I finally got to set up and adjust mine last week. I had to make a shutter with a raise panel lower section. Took it out in the field today, thought I might need it, but the home owner decided they liked what they thought they didn't.

I'm looking forward to using it over the next few months.
