[member=22884]Toxiq[/member] I assume you are mentioning the black "T" between the rail and Incra track.  If so, that is part of a larger setup from a US company called Precision Dogs.  It is their parallel guide system found:  Here

It is a really nice system and while I don't use it a ton, it always produces excellent results.  If you are talking about  the orange, black and silver item closer in the foreground, that is a Bridge City KM-1 found here.
