CMS sliding table (attachment point) problems

I am having an issue with my sliding table setup.  The issue isn't the sliding table itself but the front bracket in which it affixes to.  The front bracket on the right (assuming you're facing the table with the fence in the rear) is canted by about 5mm or so.  By comparison, the left attachment point is practically flush to the aluminum extrusion (the ones similar to the MFT/3) and is perfectly parallel to said extrusions.

I discovered this when moving the sliding table to the "rear" most position with the table extending past the right of the opening, in assembly, I had the sliding table in the "front" most position.

While it doesn't affect the sliding action, it does however require me to lower the position of the sliding table to allow the knob to properly thread, and even then, the threading is not smooth.

I know it isn't a bolt or knob issue because the center bolt/knob of the sliding table is only affected when the sliding table is in the rear or right position.  That same bolt is captured by the front bracket in the left or front position and threads just fine and affixes with little to no effort.  The threads are not crossed or stripped as I have threaded a M6 (or M8, which ever it is) bolt by itself in both positions and a bolt alone threads smoothly in both brackets.  I have also taken the appropriate size M6 nut and threaded all three knobs and all three knobs are captured smoothly.

I have tried to loosen the bracket and realign, but I believe it is simply just "off".

Thanks for the help,
Eric

Eric,

If you're having trouble, can you give our toll free number a buzz (below in my signature) and ask to speak with our Application Specialist named Brent? He's our in-house CMS guru. He should be able to help you out.

The calibration process is covered in this video, but that may not help you.

Thanks Shane, another FOGger has graciously offered to come by this Friday.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks!
