CMS table saw sled tenon jig. Rides on both of the V-grooves of the CMS stand. Makes 70mm cuts with a TS-75 and the stop is adjustable left to right 0 - 80mm.

Photo 1 shows how it works, 2 is with the safety guard that also braces the front and back fences of the sled and 3 is trial cuts.

The base of the sled can also be converted to a corner spline jig;http://festoolownersgroup.com/festo...w-sled-corner-spline-jig/msg507426/#msg507426

If possible and when you have time, could you show a shot of the V groove runners and how you have set the base sled on them?

Love your Jig projects.

Thanks, Mark

Sorry Ian but this is unacceptable. Don't you know that all jigs have to be made in MDF or plywood? Shocking  [scared] [wink]

Hardwood runners in V-groove that also hugs the 2 verticals above. Made up of 3 pieces, the V, more hardwood then a strip of Baltic Birch all glued and clamped in place on the CMS so it's easy to duplicate the shape of the CMS profile. The sled fences are then attached to the runners when square to the blade. Do the rear one first, it's not that critical, then do the front fence, which really really really is.
Use plenty of wax on all the contact points.

Nice one [member=53673]wimblejon[/member] about the sled base
