Hello FOG members, this is my first post here. I am in the midst of setting up a basement workspace and having just purchased a ts55 req and seeing the demo of the Parf Dogs on the MFT table, I really want to create an mft like top for my workbench because the ts55 is my only saw (no table saw, not enough space). I was thinking I would try to measure it out myself and use a router with a jig to create the grid but I know there is no way I could possibly be as accurate as a computer. So, going the cnc route, is there anyone on the forum from NE Ohio who could point me in the direction of a CNC machine operation that would be willing to make one of these for me? Thanks!

Hoping to come out with a router guide within the next couple of weeks. Been fairly accurate. Check it out on this thread, Video toward the bottom.

You can try this guy.  His shop is 2 minutes from my house.  He gave me a tour of his shop a few years ago.  He has a big cnc machine.

If you can't find anyone who is willing to make you a MFT let me know.  I have the LR32 system and you could bring your material over to my place and I will help you make one.

First,  [welcome] to the FOG!

Not sure if you are looking for a top that is bigger than the MFT or not, but you did mention you have space constraints.

Just to make sure you are aware, you can purchase the MFT top, they have them on Amazon for around $130.  You might want to consider just buying the top and build your own base instead of going the CNC or do it yourself route.  Probably won't cost much more than having a top CNC'ed, and you can get it fairly quickly.....
