Can some one tell me if the collins coping foot will fit on the PS 300 jig saw. The Collins site say's model 300 and earlier but I notice that it will not fit a Bosch 1591 because of the blade stabilizers on the side of the blade. I am under the opinion that the 300 also has the blade stabilizers as well.

I got one a few weeks ago. I've done a bunch of copes with it on my PS300 and it works like a charm. It has a spacer that goes on one side of the bolt to tilt the foot so it fits correctly. Read the instructions when you get it and you'll be all set.

Just don't lose the nut in the base of the jigsaw when you take the foot off. I spent 20 min on my knees looking for the damn thing the first time I switched out feet  [scared]

Go directly to the Collins tool company and order, that's what I did.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet,but seems like it will make coping a bit easier.
