[member=69479]Jiggy Joiner[/member] - you and our many other friends in the UK won't have to wait much longer. We expect AXMINSTER Tools & Machinery will want to carry the TPG-50 as soon as we can supply initial quantities.

Exactly! I have owned the Woodpeckers, Seneca and Precision Dogs and messed around with the Festool version. My suggestion, they all do the same thing, get the Precision Dogs and save yourself the money.rmhinden said:There are a lot of choices:
Festool $300.
Seneca $245.
Precision Dogs $165.
Woodpeckers $430.
TSO is working on one that uses their guide rail squares.
Maybe one more I am missing.
I have the Precision Dogs. Both the Seneca and Precision Dogs use Incra tracks.
All work.

Do any of the parallel systems handle this scenario? You have an offcut from straight-lining a 4/4 chunk of hard maple that is 4' long, 2" wide and which has one irregular edge. This piece could yield 2 pieces 3/4" thick. This means registering from the offcut edge on a long piece that is much narrower than the track.
Not trying to be difficult, it's just an issue with which I must deal. I've sold my tablesaw and now have only my MFT/3+ATF55 and a brand new bandsaw. Thanks for your help.
