Well I pulled the trigger on a Domino XL DF700 yesterday with some $570 worth of tenon assortments. Last week I picked up a CT26, RO90 and a PDC 18/4. This had doubled my Festool collection!

I am in the midst of building a tiny home with my wife so the tools will be getting a workout in the next few months. Hopefully I will be starting the kitchen cabinets next week. I removed the all wood (pine) cabinets from an old farm house and will have lots of modifications to these for the new kitchen.

Also will be rebuilding an old barn for my shop. That will be a big endeavor (the concrete foundation is cracked and will need to be replaced with pier and beam.

This is my first post and hopefully I will be back with questions, reviews and updates. So far everything but the PDC 18 has exceeded my expectations. The Domino XL gets in tomorrow!

When you say tiny home do you mean one of those actual tiny homes that occupy ~10x25' ? or even smaller and potentially trailerable?

Enjoy the FOG and your Festools [wink]

Welcome to FOG - great choice in the first Festools.  Might need a track saw if you're building cabinets.  It's a game changer for dealing with plywood.

Please share photos on your builds!

The main structure is a 12'x24' storage building with a loft that we purchased. I have added a 6'x8' area for a bathroom as well as a 6'x15' back porch. We will also have a 12'x24' front porch.

Actually not my first Festool only first time posting on FOG. My first was a OF1400 router and a CXS which I love. Then I got a TS55 track saw when Festool offered a bunch of reconditioned tools for sale back in October.

I'd love to see it when you're done.  Be sure to post photos!
