Concave Corner Cabinet

Just got this one installed today. Was a major pain to build but turned out really cool looking.

That's an awesome cabinet!  Corners are always tough because you always seem to lose space.

How did you cope the joints?

I cheated... I used pocket screws.  I did not want to spend the time making a jig to run them on my shaper.  A little bondo and no one is the wiser.

Thanks, I don't think I would do a project like that unless it was painted or time and materials. Way to much labor in it to make it worth while.

I forgot to add I did steam the bead board panel for about an hour to get it to flex enough.

I picked up a steam generator at Rockler and built a flat box to contain the steam, Think I forgot to take a pic.
