I've connected the two tables so they form one continuous table. The length of the 800 is the same as the width of the 1080, so I had to turn the 800 90 degrees to get them aligned. The legs of the 1080 are on the left and right side while the 800's legs are now on the front and back. My question is: can I remove both sets of legs from the 800 and take off the set of legs that was on the end of the 1080 where it joined the 800 and reinstall them on the end of the 800 and still have a strong enough table? I know it's possible, but I'm worried about strength/rigidity. I sure would like to free up that space underneath, though.
Thanks
