Hello Folks,

Wishing you all a good day, and its great to have found this forum.

I have an older Festool CTL Mini Dust extractor (maybe a 2014 model?), and I'm really happy with it.

The only problem is that I bought it second hand, and it never had a Connecting Sleeve or Rotating Adapter on the end of the Hose - please see the photo. The end of the hose has nothing on it!

I am looking to try to buy a Connecting sleeve or Rotating adapter to put onto the end of this Hose, to make it easy for me to connect it onto various types of Reducers & Extractor ports etc. for my Bandsaw, Drum Sander, and Disc Sander.

The hose measures around 33-34mm in diameter, with an inner thread of around 31.5mm. The inside of the hose is around 22mm.

Would anybody know which Connecting sleeve or Adapter might work to fit onto the end of this Hose? I'd really like to find one.

If Festool don't make them anymore, would anyone have any suggestions as to other ones out there that might work? I'm quite stuck as I cannot seem to find one.

All the best, and thanks for reading.
Theo

ps. The Second photo is not of my actual CTL Mini (that one has the proper end on the hose!) It's just the same model. The first photo is my endless hose.

So far as I'm aware any of the standard ends/adaptors for the narrower hose will fit?

My SR5E is over 40 years old, and can use the exact same fitting parts as my 10 year old and newer CT's.

Just order a new style hose end...part number 500668
They no longer make the original style, but this one is its replacement.

Thanks for this... However the part 500668 has a diameter of 27/22mm, and my hose is 33-34mm in diameter, with an inner thread of around 31.5mm. The inside of the hose is around 22mm.
Does it connect to the inside of the hose?

How long is your hose?

The hose on the early Mini’s was tapered. If your hose is cut significantly shorter than the original length then the diameter might not fit any hose end.

I think later editions of the Mini used hoses with a more consistent diameter.
