So on the Vacuum receptacle it states "to reduce the risk of fire do not connect any tool rated for 3.7 amp max" or something along those lines. What i don't understand is how you can connect festool tools to the vacuum when tools such as the Kapex are rated at 13 amps. I know that is a maximum amp but it could hit that in hard cutting situation. It makes me wonder if this is the problem associated with the kapex motor failure incidents. If you don't believe me then google it. It seems to affect the 120v and not the 240v market. If a tool get starved of the amps it needs doesn't it hurt the motor? It makes it run inefficiently. Is there a minimum amp receptical that should always use your apex on? 20amp vs 15 amp
