I've recently purchased a used conturo which was around 18months old.

I'm noticing that the adhesive isn't applying for the first 4" or so - Is something blocked or does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

PS - This is happening when mounted in the MFT and being manually used.

I'm thinking your setting is too cold. What glue are you using? Double check it's not PUR.

Thanks for the reply - I'm using the festool glue that is compatible with the machine. Temp setting 190 deg F.

There is EVA and there is PUR. Different beasts. Both are compatible, available from festool and used in commercial settings, so I had to ask as it was second hand.
