Hey guys,
Simple question, has anyone done themselves, seen or heard of a way to power a corded tool with batteries? As in, does anyone know of a way to take one or two 18v tool batteries, attach a power outlet and plug in a corded tool?
It would be awesome to be able to make some sort of adapter to be able to put 18v batteries on and then plug a corded tool into said adapter. An Instagram guy I follow had a Makita X2 adapter that he's trying to rig to a 10" Bosch kiter saw and it got my mind thinking. The Bosch saw was already cordless but it would be super cool option to be able to plug a corded tool into one or two batteries.
I'm not sure which section to put this thread and hopefully this isn't too crazy a thought...
