Coolest treehouse ever

This is where I slept last night with the wife and kids. My father in law built it on his acreage about 20 years ago.
It's got two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with a full shower and toilet, power and hot water as well.

I'm Jealous, I'd move in tomorrow if it was mine. I think I have been looking at buying houses smaller than that [scared]
