Finished 96 doors per spray day, had 480 to finish.

That's funny...I haven't painted 480 of anything in the 66 years I've been alive!

Pretty slick system. Once the GRK's are driven home, they are used for the rotisserie as well as for the drying racks. I'm interested in the draw latch photo.

96 per day...that's humping. [thumbs up]

The rotating head entire view, latch and mount close ups.

The screw in the top is a stop to keep the door from shifting. A jig was fabricated to place the GRK screws.

Great video Tom.
I think the name of the system is Binks and is a conventional system with a pressure pot. Not sure what that means. He said it's around $1700 I believe. I I could be wrong
I do like Toms set up. What would that run me.  I would like to keep it under $2000

You want the Q4 Gold with the T-70 gun if you're using a pot. I love my Xpc-G side feed guns with the 3M PPS system. They do not work with pressure pots. You can get an X gun at a later date.

I use the 2.5 gallon pot with the mixer and stainless liners. Make sure you tell Jeff (if you order from Jeff he's the guy who wrote the book literally) you are using the pot with a turbine system. You must use a compressor to pressurize the pot in conjunction with the turbine.

I also have 2 Porter Cable 150psi compressors. Will those work

Easily, I have never had to pressurize the pot over20 psi, most times pot pressure is between 12-18 pounds.

Tom, thanks for everything. What tip do you use with the KA+.

On the T-70 gun I use the 0.8 mm air cap set, on the Xpc-G guns I use the 2H air cap set which is 0.7 mm.

You're welcome.

The pot I have is the QS-288-SA. It came with a stainless liner. I do not see the stainless liner as an option now.

All stainless for double the cost. Eh, it's only money...

I don't leave finish sit in mine for long times so no need for all stainless.
