I ordered an 8” Jointer & 20” Planer , both Powermatic on 2/3-3 from Woodcraft. I was told then the jointer would be in 3/1 and planer 4/19. I called today and now it’s 4/26 & 5/26 respectively.

Are you seeing the same things

My ETSC 125 Feb 19 ship date is now May 28. The change happened in one step.

I had a chuck and interface pad that stopped tracking and just said, “arriving late” but eventually showed.

Then my MT55 and DDF40 went one state past my location (like the full width) and turned around... it said the label had to be reprinted but there’s no sign of that on the box. Funny though it still arrived and in perfect shape.

I don’t know the details but I have a tonearm coming from the UK and we’ll see how long that takes. It shipped more recently, but was ordered in November. I’m hoping my Benchdog setup for Mafell tracks doesn’t take too long, but they aren’t ready to ship just yet.

Commercial truck orders are very high and LTL shipping companies can’t hire enough drivers. One heavy truck builder had hinges stuck on a ship in port that was waiting a month to get unloaded. We use over a hundred thousand 20mm bolts a month and need our orders in six months before delivery and they are still late. Supply chain disruptions are, by far, the worst I have ever seen.

Adjust your bolt rations and cut your 20mm bolts down to 18mm to make them go farther.  [wink].  That's how that works right.  [tongue]

Circuit breakers I need have been out of stock since last summer. I received word last week from Lowe's that (hopefully) they should be in town next month.

Shipping containers are in short supply in China / the Far East, b/c a lot of them are still in 'destination' countrie, as in the Western countries. Shipping by container is 3 to 4 times as expensive as in early '20. Parts and materials can not move as needed. That’s globalisation for ya...

I just ordered an Insta-Rail Square for my track, over the weekend.
The other vendor was showing it as out of stock, so that gives me concern.  The place I ordered from did not say anything about stock one way or another.
As of Tuesday morning, order status shows as "awaiting fulfillment".  Is that supposed to actually mean anything ?  I wonder how long I will be awaiting fulfillment.

I coughed up and bought an ETC ES 125/3 EQ because my local place had one and they're almost sold out completely online it seems like.
