Felder customer service terrible

Thought I would vent a bit. I have a hammer A31 jointer planer. I wanted to add the height gauge  So I ordered the wheel and dial.  It came and the wheel looked used and beat up. So I installs it and found it very inaccurate. So I called and requested a Return authorization. That took over 2 weeks to get the label.  I sent it back the next day.  Going on three weeks now from the shipping back to them. Have not heard anything. Emailed them back 3 times. Nothing. Just called and had to leave a message.  Was thinking of a sliding table saw but no way from them. 
 
Well, I've never had to return anything, yet, but always found their service a little slow about getting back to me but they always do.  I've used their Tech Support and find them to be genuinely interested in solving a problem.  But being that slow for a return authorization is poor business practice to say the least.
 
A update on the story here. I did finally get a email back from them. Looks like the box was delivered to the wrong address.  Went to neighbor business on 11/26. That was 17 business days ago plus I did email them during that time asking about it.  That was not their fault but I did email twice if not more asking on this.  So I pretty much said they need to clear this up by Friday or just going to call the CC company and have them deal with it.
 
It went to Felder neighbor when I sent it back for a return as it was defected. Not mine. They did end up refunding me. It was about 6 weeks total to get it completed. Crazy
