1. Exempt all Festool imports from any electrical regulation or oversight
2. Lean hard enough on UL to make them approve in advance any proposed Festool import without the necessity of testing or delay.
3. Reimburse every Festool purchase up to maximum of 100 items per year by electronic debit within 48 hours.
4. Put Fred in charge of the program and give him a new T-shirt.
That, IMHO, would jump start this tiny section of the economy while not requiring much of a change in existing policy.
