The assembly of the handle for the Underframe table for the CSC 50 is pretty straightforward. Insert the handle into the frame tubes, insert four bolts and tighten four nuts. Simple. But there isn't anything around the inserted tube to hold it tight, so when you snug up the nuts, the handle wiggles some. The only way to eliminate this wiggle is to tighten the bolts and nuts down so that the outer frame tube slightly bends in against the inner handle tube. This doesn't seem practical by Festool standards. I called Festool USA and they said not to bend in the tube, otherwise the handle might not be removable, and the slight wiggle is normal. Some stores I've checked with say they've tightened in the tubes to eliminate the wiggle.
I think Festool ought to say how tight to make the handle, instead of just providing a diagram.
