Brand new CT MIDI and Dust Deputy Deluxe.  Now I need to hook them together and rather than stumble I though I'd ask the experts.  What should I use to connect to Festool hose that's connected to my Sander, etc. to the Dust Deputy?  And what should I use to connect the Dust Deputy to the Extractor?  Any advice including names or links of specific parts would be appreciated.

I thought the "delux" version came with the casters, extra bucket and hoses.
That's what I got, and my tool hoses (all already sized to fit my CT36) fit the Dust Deputy connections without any adapters.

It came with casters, extra bucket, hose...
I didn't state my question clearly.  The hose that came with the Dust Deputy doesn't fit into the dust extractor.  The hose that came with the CT MIDI uses a friction connection - no thread.  The dust deputy hose is also too short - I want to put the DD on top of my CT MIDI.
So - Where can I get a 4 foot hose and what can I use to attach it to the CT MIDI?  I've looked at Rockler - they have a 20 foot hose that comes with 5 different fittings and one of those fittings does fit the CT MIDI.  But it costs about $55 for the one fitting I want and leaves me with about 16 feet of hose and 4 fittings I don't want.  That's too steep for 1 fitting.  I didn't see anything at Home Depot or Lowes.  I'm sure somebody out there has done this - what did you use?
