CT Midi I Issue with Socket

I recently purchased this vac to replace my CT22.  I love the vac, but have experienced issues with the plug-it cord coming loose very easily (tilting down) in the socket, not to the point of falling out, but enough to break electrical connection.  I've tested several different plug-its including a new one and the issue persists.  I've inverted the bezel/door assembly as Sedge recently posted as a tip, but this has not helped.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks.  Being that it is practically brand new, I may contact Festool service.  I'm not wild about the idea of installing a new socket or sending the vac away, however.

This was posted recently (or maybe that was on Fb?), but I think one solution someone mentioned was so rotate the outlet so that it was facing the other direction.

Using the hose garage as a sort of stress relief is also a method.

My socket is extremely loose on my MIDI-I also; it's been that way since I bought it, and even though I got it from Recon, I don't think it's a wear and tear issue.

Thanks, I'll try using the hose garage as stess relief.
