Ct midi

I have 4 Ct dust extractors. The one I use mostly on job sites is the Midi. I noticed today that tools plugged into it are not running at full power. Does anyone know what’s wrong so I could order parts?

The problem could be anywhere in the electrical chain.

- Broken cord (or partially)
- Broken outlet
- Faulty electronics board.

Difficult to know without diagnosing the problem in person.

Best to give Festool service department a call, they can walk you through steps.
