Can anyone tell me does the ct mini have the auto filter clean & can it be used without the bag?

no it does not have the auto clean system you can use it without a bag but the filter will get dirty

does it have a manual clean switch, that would be ok as my bosch is like that & haven't used a bag in it since I bought it nearly 10yrs ago

Can the filter be cleaned like a normal shop vac?

It is not recommended to use the CT without a bag except in wet conditions, but to clean the filter you can use high velocity - low pressure air.  Do not use high pressure air!  It can damage the filter.
