While running cope and sticks on about 30 cabinet door frames through my CMS-VL mounted with an OF1400 and hooked up to my 6 month old CT26, I noticed or could hear the vacuum powering up and down but it wasnt affecting the router. Any thoughts?

sorry for stating the obvious but is the bag full?

i remember when i got my and used for the first time i packed the bag to much

The Vac was varying the suction power on it's own?

Sounds like a faulty circuit board in the 26.

I would be on the phone with Festool first thing Monday.

No. I had just changed it.

That's what I was afraid of.

oops.... wrong quote. I was afraid of something to do with the circuit board.

Yeah, hopefully not.  Maybe something simple but at least the repair service is good.

Granted the vac had been running for nearly an hour straight while I was running all the cope and sticks.

I've noticed mine stopping while sanding a few times.  Its very random and has always started back up when I restart the sander.

As the Festool vacs are LVHP types, in my workshop i have a wall mounted LVHP extractor  and it needs a 15 minute rest every 3 hours of continuous use. I wonder if something similar applies to the Festool vacs?
