CT33/22 Wand Registration

I have the CT 33.  I bought the SS tubes and wand.  The registration of the hose to the wand is terrible.  The hose falls off when you are doign regular shop vacuuming.  I have tried for over a year to get anyone at festool to do something about this......nothing.  I know the problem is legit because the US distributors have said many people complain about that.  They say theyu can not get the Germans to admit its an issue.  What is up with that???  I have spent years defending Festools quality vs price to other woodworkers, but I dont think I can continue to do this anymore if they cant fix a simple issue such as this.  Anyone else frustrated with this issue? :'(

Mine fits nice and tight to either one of my hoses, the 27 or 36.

36 slides over it tight, the 27 slides inside it tight.

Never had that issue, sorry.
