CT33 vac for lead HEPA vac?

Does the CT33 HEPA vac qualify for Working Safely With Lead cleanup?  Starting April 22, 2010, contractors will be required to use HEPA vacs to cleanup jobsites.  Do these qualify?  Thanks very much!

[welcome] to the FOG.  Last we heard Festool USA was having testing done to see if the CTs meet the standards however vague they are.
