CT36 AC question

Recently I bought a CT36 AC with Planex.
I know that when I'm sanding the drywall and mud use the plastic bag with Auto clean mode.
May I use the machine in same mode when I'm using the extractor for wood working? I figured spackle dust not really different from wood dust.
Any input would be appreciated.

If you use the fleece bag instead of the liner the auto clean mode is unnecessary. If you use the plastic liner using the auto clean mode should be fine. You'll have to get used to the wink when the CT is cycling in the auto clean mode.
