Hi all,

I have recently purchased a brand new CTH26. I have barely used it beyond testing a few cuts and all was well. Today I installed the bluetooth module and now the unit beeps as though it has low flow. I have only ever run the unit with the long life bag and a CT-VA 20 cyclone so there is no way the filter can be blocked (visual inspection confirms this). Even when I run without the cyclone or hose, it still beeps at full suction and 21mm hose selected. The Festool Australia website says to remove hose, tub and filter (although I can't run the machine without a filter) but I am still getting the beeping. Any ideas?

The Festool Australia website mentions that there is a label under the lid that shows a conversion chart for the flow sensor setting compared to the hose size when using the CT-VA 20

It appears that you actually want to go LARGER with the hose size than nominal, not smaller.

Also, keep in mind that the CT-VA 20 is only approved up to M-Class use, and is not H-Class certified because it doesn't have containment that the H-Class level requires.
