Hi all , my first post here so hello . I've recently added a CTL 26 to my collection but when its on auto , with anything connected to it , it randomly switches itself on & off ( when the tools not being used  :o ) . I've been in touch with the suppliers & other than ' Thats unusual ' ,,,,,,,, have yet to have any meaningful reply . I just wondered if anyone else has had any issues with the '26 ?
Cheers

I have had a couple of issues early on which I never figured out. It would automatically start up the first few times I used a tool then later would refuse come on when the same tool was started - even after unplugging everything and starting again.  Somehow now, it seems to be working fine every time.

"Unusual" is not the word to describe this, it is just "plain wrong". Return the unit for repair.

Are you using an inverter anywhere connected to the CT?

If not, return it for repair.

I'm not necessarily suggesting this is related, but I have recently seen 2 CT control boards fail on their autotstart function due to using an older model (non-anti-static) Dust Deputy. Everything else worked, but the autostart function failed on back to back control boards for the same customer. (The 2nd board failed within weeks of installation.)

The only reason I mention that is to ask the question, Do you have a Dust Deputy on your vac?

I just bought the ETS EC 150 and it did the same thing to my MIDI.  I had the Midi a few years and it never acted this way.  I chalked it up to the new electronics in the ETS EC.

My ETS EC. sometimes starts another Midi when sander is turned on. Occasionally turns on the 2 Jet air filters as well. I thought I had a poltergeist.
